About Hally
Chiptune. From, Tokyo, Japan. Founder of the chiptune label VORC Records, Hally has appeared at New York City's Blip Festival live event in 2007 and 2009. He also preferred at Datapop 3.0 in Austin & alongside chip musicians Hip Tanaka, Nullsleep and Starpause at Blip Festival Tokyo 2010. The Tokyo-based musician helped structure the design of Chiptuned Rockman, a collection of 8-bit Mega Man renditions and demakes. He has also remixed Manami Matsumae's "Nitro Rider" theme for the Rockman 10 Original Soundtrack album's bonus disc. The musician is one half of the electronic music duo JulyHally, who played DreamHack, a massive annual LAN party in Sweden.
