About Skruvmejsel
Matophonia is one of The X-Dump electronica collective's original members, earlier known as Skruvmejsel. Unlike the rest of the members, he doesn't have his roots in nor listens particularly much to electronic music. Instead, he is a great funk- and jazz enthusiast and plays instruments like the trombone. But when he, in 1999, sat down and started composing computer music, the result was astounding. With complex arrangements and funky grooves he blends the best of influenses from two worlds, and shows that electronic music is as well, if not better, done by musicians with acoustic background. http://matophonia.x-dump.com/
