About Polifemo

Polifemo is an Argentine rock band whose members were David Lebon, Rinaldo Rafanelli and Juan Rodríguez. The trio was the usual support group Sui Generis, until they decided submitted separately, a couple of months before the dissolution of the duo. The success came with the single "Let go rock and roll" and "Hey God, what you have given me." Group were the revelation of the summer of 1976 and cemented his popularity with the numerous shows they provided. For recording the first album keyboardist Ciro joined Fogliatta. This plaque was presented as a guest guitarist Pappo, at Luna Park in August 1976. Both the album and the concert received harsh criticism from the press, so that the stability of the band began to wane. When you hit the streets "Volume 2" (1977), the band was virtually dissolved.
