About Nuala & The Alchemy Quartet
Nuala & The Alchemy Quartet was Australian singer/songwriter Nuala Honan and her English band, Laura Marshall, James Bennetts and Elizabeth Westcott. They played a style that is essentially roots music, drawing on a range of genres from folk to funk, incorporating jazz and blues grooves. The band released one album, 'Lost Cabaret,' in 2008 before going their separate ways in December 2009.
