About Mannequin
MANNEQUIN are a visual kei band that were formed by the vocalist and leader KAZUMA in July 2007, they are based in Tokyo, Japan. Their first live was at SHIBUYA O-West on the 12th of August, about a month after their formation. After a few lives they released their first mini album, Seeds of Empty Flowers, in November 2007. MANNEQUIN were signed to the label euclid agency which houses bands such as machine and Crack 6. The mini album included songs composed by HAKUEI of PENICILLIN, which gave MANNEQUIN a little boost and recognition from the visual kei scene. The band's second release was a full length album called Empty Flowers, that was released on August 27th 2008. They had one man lives and were scheduled to perform at the Finnish convention "Tsukicon", but unfortunately their appearance was cancelled. In 2009 the band announced they will be going on a activity pause but said MANNEQUIN will come back. The members joined other bands after.
