About Popcorn

There are at least six acts/bands called Popcorn. 1. Popcorn from New York City, NY, United States, was a prominent underground rapper in his area in the late 1990s and beyond. Popcorn was associated with a crew called PYP or Pretty Young Pimps, established in late 1996. 2. Briefly active in 1995 and 1996, Popcorn was a Dutch trio comprising Dutch musicians Gerry Arling, Richard Cameron and Flemish (but Amsterdam-based) DJ [artist}Eddy de Clercq.
