The project started in 2009 and formerly included Reinaldo "Junior" Oliveira from São Paulo, Brazil. 2) Mechanimal is an industrial/post-punk audio-visual project from Athens, Greece, formed in 2012 and led by producer/songwriter/keyboardist Giannis Papaioannou aka ION.
