About Henning Specht
Henning Specht is a Berlin-based sound engineer, composer, producer and arranger. He began making music at the age of thirteen in his native Toulouse in the South of France where, together with Pierre Gastou, he founded his first band, Fiendish Fib. During his sound engineering studies, Henning met Nicolas Sentenac and teamed up with Thierry Moreira to form the music project Hypnolove. In 2010, he once again joined forces with Pierre Gastou and François Remigi, creating a oneshot project: France. After the successful release of a mini album, the first full length record dropped in 2014. Henning has been composing and recording solo material since 2004, releasing his first solo album in 2007. Aside from this, he works on soundtracks, remixes and composing original music for exhibitions such as "Crêperie 2000" at Espace des Arts in Colomiers or "Quantic Generation" for the artist David Brunner at Lieu Commun in Toulouse, France. He worked with artists like Matias Aguayo, Pilooski, Acid Washed, Mickey Moonlight, Bertrand Burgalat, Aquaserge...
