Ghost Of Christmas are Martin Mey & Gaël Blondeau (Chamade Beat) SSolo adventure started by Gaël, he met Martin Mey at the initiative of TeeTwo. Their musical complicity gave birth to this joint project, which exudes a sensual and organic Bass Music. The emotion that radiates from their compositions, both minimal and melancholic, made them being playlisted by Laurent Garnier for the English newspaper The Guardian; Garnier then quickly invited them to join his new label, Sounds Like Yeah! (SLY), founded in 2014 with his associates in the Festival Yeah!. G.O.C. first released a languorous and suave remix 'Let me Down (Don't)' from the Marseilles band Husbands, before celebrating the release of a 5-track EP 'Awake' , published in 2015. Ghost of Christmas was then asked to play at a number of festivals, such as the Mama Festival, Chorus des Hauts de Seine, Les Nuits Sonores , Festival Yeah!, Midi Festival, France Inter... while working on their next record to be released in 2016.
