About Elypse
Elypse is Florent M., born in Grenoble (French’s Alps) in 1981, working in advertising since several years. After discovering music as a really young boy with his father’s 70’s vinyls, he find himself in electronic music in 1996 with the Daft Punk’s track Da funk, and then, Psy trance music with Miranda’s and Total Eclipse’s tracks. Till this day, he was looking for most electronic styles as goa, psytrance, drum’n bass, jungle, hard tek, down tempo, trip hop, abstract hip hop. Travelling across Europa and Asia to find psychedelic vibrations, and psytrance’s gathering. Since 1999 Florent has been playing as a dj, with his friend for a decade, DK-Pulseur on Sonic Shankar Records. Started in September 2006 Elypse’s project is a twisted vision of down tempo.
