About Dasputnik
Dasputnik is from Turku, Finland and it was founded after a certain jam project evolved as the present lineup of what it still is today. The music of the band could be described as instrumental spacerock picking other genres along the way leaving room for improvisation. Altough the songs are structured, Dasputnik put much effort on the live performance and make their records more listenable on stereos because as their own words "playing live is based on the situation which you cannot put on record". New album Cyclokosmia is going to be released by Art Safari records at 12.5.2011 in which all of the members of Dasputnik are involved.
