About Chris Proctor
Chris Proctor was winner of the U.S. National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship, and is a popular Sugarhouse, Rounder, Flying Fish and Windham Hill recording artist. A nationally-recognized 6 and 12-string guitarist, composer, recording artist, performer, and clinician for Taylor Guitars, Proctor has produced several books and videos which teach his techniques and compositions for solo guitar, and writes extensively for the guitar press. Discography 9 solo CD's- "Ladybug Stomp," "The Chris Proctor Collection," and "Under the Influence," all on Sugarhouse Records. Also "Only Now," "Travelogue," "Steel String Stories," "His Journey Home," "The Delicate Dance" and "Runoff," all on Flying Fish/Rounder Records. Two cuts on Windham Hill, including one on the original "Windham Hill Guitar Sampler," Many other anthologies have included Chris's music.
