About Charles Schillings

With over 20 years of playing in the most prestigious clubs around the world, Charles Schillings is one of France's most wanted DJ, combining eclectic and melodic sounds of rock, electro-funk, soul-jazz and groovy. He has played at Bercy, Shanghai, Tokyo, London or New York. He is now one of the DJs flagship of the French stage, having long been resident in clubs such as The Queen and The Rex in Paris, Le Lotus (New York), Le Cafe d'Anvers (Belgium). Very close to the world of fashion and its creators, he has regularly orchestrates the defiles of Karl Lagerfeld, Thierry Mugler, Celine, Fendi, Barbara Bui and Alexandre Vauthier and turns in the advertisement for the perfume by Yves Saint Jazz Lawrence. He also uses his talents in exceptional soirees for Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Chopard, Armani ... Signed on the label Pschent since 1996 he mixed six volumes of compilations "Over-Ground House" and many other projects (Club Pride, Elite Model's Attitude with Felix ...), and produced three personal albums. Now, he is also head of his own show on Ibiza Global Radio, every Friday between 16h and 17h. Released in 2002, the first album, entitled "It's About ...", was widely called by the press and the single from the album - from among the 15 tracks on the album - entitled Tengo Nada duet with Clementine Celarie, has long been played on the airwaves, TV and all decks of the world. His second album, "Not Correct", released in 2004, offers a powerful mix of electronica and rock. The fabulous single "Spin It Right!" has been echoed by all the major French and international DJs. Sound clip, aesthetics, leche, is still broadcast regularly in all the TV programs of the electronic music world. With his new album in the bins March 22, 2010, Charles Schillings attacks have new sounds as he collaborates with singer Juanita Grande. Finally, he had served for road safety with the title "Driving this evening, on the theme of the risks involved with drinking and driving.
