Birdmouth, The Stoner Grunge loving Quartet from sydney began their series of Riffs in 2010 after the departure of bands Witch King and Crane No.6. After Releasing their Debut EP In February 2011, Birdmouth has landed Supports with Acid King (Usa), Cough (Usa), KK Null (Japan) along with Local Legends DareDevil, Mother Mars and Arrowhead. The Band began as Three Piece Creating Stoner Rock in likes of Spiritual Beggars, Sabbath and Clutch with these influences being held quite strong in the band. However, Since Adopting Anthony Von Grim, the new Front Man and a Fourth Member to Birdmouth, another range of influences has been brought to the table such as Down, Soundgarden and Orange Goblin. Birdmouth recorded their latest Self titled album in Auckland, New Zealand over 2 days in the frost bitten cold weathered month of August 2011. With Dav Byrne (Agonhymn, Cement Pig and EX Terrorust) from Iridium Audio on mastering the band was proud to release this through long time successive australian label Grindhead Records.
