Amskray. Completely dedicated to playing and creating interesting music while trying to find themselves in the process, Amskray has managed to build a foundation. By channeling and weaving every influence they can imagine, artists like RX Bandits and The Mars Volta, they create a unique atmosphere of progressive and ambient rock. Drummer James Mcauley's complex, creative and intense rhythmic patterns are a force to be reckoned with. Contrasted by bassist Brendan Lee's unique and innovative playing style and sound. Singer/Guitarist Don Scherr manages to bring it all together with soothing, captivating, and at times aggresive vocal melodies and guitar work.
