Zorr Alex (Zoran Aleksikj, born 12 April 1985) is a Macedonian record producer and artist. He has composed, arranged, written and produced more then 200 songs for domestic and international artists. In 2014 he started releasing tracks as a performing artist. The latest release by Zorr Alex is titled “Where You Shine” featuring Aleksandra Janeva. His musical influence contains various musical styles including hip hop, electro punk, blues, funk mainstream pop etc. Zoran Aleksikj came in contact with music as a 7 years old kid, when he started basic music school in Kavadarci. At the age of 13 he gets his first PC and immediately started exploring music creation and production technology. At the age of 16 he started DJ-ing in several clubs all over the country and hosted a couple of radio shows. At the same time he started producing his first hip hop tracks for other artists as well for himself. By the age of 23 he is holding on to that style producing many albums, mixtapes and singles for various artists. In 2007 Zoran Aleksikj started doing singles for multiple pop music domestic artists with great success. His songs were performed on the national Eurovision Song Contests and many other pop music festivals with great results and multiple awards. In 2010 he started developing and producing “Rennata” (an international female artist). The first dance single “Time, Time” achieved a great chart success all over Europe and US, pushing him forward to the international scene. That track was followed by release of couple of more tracks including “Please Stay”, “Because I Love You” and more. He is currently working on a Zorr Alex’s debut album. Tracks on the album will be mainly EDM with various rich vocals and a mixture of multiple musical styles.
