The YUAR band is a new step in the musical journey of Yura Poisik and Arina Popova. Yura and Arina have been working together for solid long time now, and they duly match the name "Specialist in All Styles". The YUAR style features first of all vivid, bright, and melodic music, catching every ear. Speaking of the performance skills of the two, one cannot miss the fire. Arina's voice is deep, powerful, sweet, and ultimately sensual. The arrangements by YUAR place this voice into a brilliant, rich and sophisticated sound web, from which no true listener may escape. YUAR employs ethnic, electronic, rock, folk, and dance elements as the words in their musical language. However, this is far from eclectic for the sake of the fashion as each composition has its own face. YUAR rather creates the elegance and fashion than follows known guidelines. Arina and Yura are well known by their work in Israel and Russia. Arina has acclaimed the heart of the Russian audience during her more than ten years' work with the Russian folk and rock artists. Yura arranged songs and played guitar with several Israeli and Russian Bands (Doroga Jongo, Front South, Fruktovy Kefir, Mucha). During their work with the RMF band, Arina and Yura have recorded a full scale album, and participated in European festivals in Geramny, Austria, and Switzerland. Recently, Yura and Arina has made their way into the movies. The Moscow Comedy Club TV show features a lot of their music. Arina and Yura are the authors of the most of the soundtrack in a hammer-style comedy "In Splinters (Vdrebezgi)" by a Russian director Roman Karimov. In January, 2012 YUAR released their début album "Cinematic Love". Creating of this album has gathered many talented Russian musicians. The lyrics were contributed by an Israeli Russian author Ilya Kutuzov, who commented on this cooperation: "We go a long way with Yura, and every touch of his musical taste and perspective had opened new horizons of the verse to me. Now, with such a warm, high class, and soulful singer as Arina, I was able to hit some unearthly poetry; I doubt that such a breakthrough could've happened without the guys - it must be in their music".
