There are at least 5 bands named Werwolf. 1) Werwolf is an Austrian Black Metal band formed in 1992. They released only one album "Zeitenwende - Only The Strong Survive" in 1996 on the (now defunct) label Lethal Records and split up later. 2) Werwolf a German symphonic/progressive rock group who released only one album. Female vocals, with a sometimes spacey, cosmic sound kind of like early 'Eloy' and at other times an intense, melodic Pink-Floyd-ey guitar. 3) Werwolf is a RAC band from Germany 4) Werwolf is a Death Metal band from Russia. 5) Werwolf is a Traditional Heavy Metal from Germany. Changed their name in 1992 to Warstone and their style to Progressive Metal. NOT to be mixed up with WEREWOLF (Poland) or THE TRUE WERWOLF (Finland) which are in no way related to Werwolf.
