Vincy Wing-yee Chan (Chinese:泳兒; pinyin: Ròng, ér), born Jia-xin Chan (Chinese:陳家欣) on October 16, 1982 is a female Cantopop singer from Hong Kong. She is signed under the Emperor Entertainment Group label, having debuted with the album '感應' on July 27, 2006. Chan was amongst the top 24 contestants in Project Superstar, a Singaporean singing competition held in June 2005. She was also runner-up and won the award "Most Popular Image" in Emperor Entertainment Group's New Talent Singing Awards in 2005. Later on, she became more well-known amongst the Hong Kong public when her song 'My Feelings' (Cantonese:感應), a Cantonese rendition of Freya Lin's '一個人生活', debuted. In 2007, Vincy's song, 花無雪, which was originally sung by mika nakashima (雪の華) achieved great popularity, topped many music charts and was played frequently on radio's. Vincy was also named new artist of the year in many Chinese music shows too along with Jill Vidal.
