About Vilki
Already for ten years we are known as the men group Vilki which has formed in 1992 in Rīga, Latvia, however, our beginning can be found in 80-ties. We are the unique Latvian folklore group, who basically sing soldiers songs. The participants of group knows also ancient crafts: they make musical instruments, forge adornments and weapons. We are often invited to perform in schools, on holidays, to participate in festivals. We have travelled around all Latvia, acted many times in Lithuania and Germany. At concerts we not only sing and show ancient soldier's rituals, but also we can enable spectators to participate in competitions. We can play in dance parties too.
