Vesna Petković is a singer from Niš, Serbia, born in 1974. Deeply rooted in the traditional music of her birthplace, she studied as a jazz singer in Graz, Austria. She performed in a number of musicals in Austria, and consequently became one of the three singers of the Sandy Lopicic Orkestar. She performs with Shantel's Bucovina Club Orkestar, the Sandala Orkestar (a partial reincarnation of the Sandy Lopicic Orkestar), and with her own jazz outfit Inner Urge.
