About Urusei Yatsura
Urusei Yatsura were a lo-fi/indie rock band which formed in 1993 in Glasgow, Scotland. The band consisted of Graham Kemp (vocals, guitar), Fergus Lawrie (vocals, guitar), Elaine Graham (bass) and Ian Graham (drums). The band released four albums and reached #40 on the UK Singles Chart with their 1997 single "Hello Tiger" before disbanding in 2001. Kemp has since gone onto a solo career and the other three members have formed the group Projekt A-ko. The band is named after the manga by Rumiko Takahashi. For music from the soundtrack CDs of the anime, film and OVA based on the aforementioned manga, please fix your tags to the composers of said music. Several related pop music and instrumental soundtrack CDs were released, including "Complete Music Box," a 15-disc "perfect collection."
