About Tribunal
1) Tribunal is a death/doom/gothic metal band from Vancouver, Canada. As a duo, consisting of Soren Mourne on cello, bass and vocals, with Etienne Flinn handling vocals and guitars, they released their debut album The Weight of Remembrance in January 2023 on Buck Spin Records. On April 18 2025 the follow-up In Penitence and Ruin was released again on Buck Spin Records, this time with full line-up. 2) Tribunal is also a metal band from Montreal, Qc, Canada. They write their lyrics in French and they play a mix of death metal and, depending on the song, folk metal, rock, funk, black metal, etc. The band member often switch instruments. They have released one demo in 2010, called "Veux-tu un bonbon?". Their first full lenght "ZING?" came out in 2013.
