THE SPHERICAL MINDS was set up in 2001. The band’s main influences are varied: Steve Reich for his simplicity, the mind-blowing rock of Pink Floyd or the experimentations of Radiohead...The band is always interested in discovering artists from different musical horizons. Long and ethereal as well as dream-like atmospheres are characteristic of THE SPHERICAL MINDS. Acoustic instruments such as cello, piano and guitar, are mixed with trip hop -sometimes dub- rhythms, bass and electric guitar. The band has just recorded 'Fern', his second album, the first on 'Carte Postale Records'.
