About The Luvmenauts
The Luvmenauts are an eclectic Toronto-based collective dedicated to paying homage to the sounds of the past. They draw inspiration from film composers like Janko Nilovic, Piero Umiliani, and Alan Hawkshaw; while holding their sound accountable to the faceless dollar-bin, library music gems. The core band consists of Andrew Moljgun (keys), Josh Cavan (guitar), Alex Furlott (bass), and Jon Hyde (drums). Together, they are on a mission to create soundtracks for films that never were.
