About The Fernets
The Fernets are a rock band from Tromsø, Norway. The Fernets was formed a dark October evening in the fall of 2003. Two young bartenders met over a bottle Fernet Branca and picked up theirs guitars. After playing together for two years, they expanded and became a real success. The band consist now of five good looking men from Tromsø. During the fall 2005, they have had energic conserts and made high quality music which have enabled them to crawl up the lists. Their music can be described as dilapidated 60s pop/rock anno 2005. Inspired by Velvet Underground, The Who, Rolling Stones and 90s britpop.
