The Day When I Saw the Light is an a solo project started in early 2009 in north England in a town of Preston, lancashire. Niiv Patito an a israeli musician start to experiment with music that influence from electronic genres such as Minimal,Trip-Hop,Down Beat,Ambience,Experimental,Jazz and Analog music. 2010 first EP released called ' Consciousness '. After periods of one years in 2011 serious recording process began with numbers of tracks and in 2012 the recording process moved to Tel-aviv, israel. During the recording track ' Question Mark ' Tamir niiv's big brother how lived in Tel-Aviv joined the project and took a big roll in directing the project to move to more of an acoustic and organic approach such " recording real instruments rather using VST's ", And after a short time we decided to form a band with Assaf the drummer, hold on primarily to spiritual enlightenment and NewAge, Post-Rock, minimal Analog music .
