There are several groups known as 'The Crowd': 1) The Crowd were in the vanguard of the Orange County beach punk explosion of the late 1970s. They helped create and define a timeless sound which remains influential even today, over three decades later. One of the first and one of the best bands of their era. 2) The Crowd is a Danish rock group from the 1960s. 3) The Crowd was a supergroup formed specifically to produce the charity record "You’ll Never Walk Alone" for the Bradford City stadium fire, in which 56 people died on 11 May 1985. The group consisted of singers, actors, television personalities and others. 4) Indie pop band from the South West of England consisting of members Tierney Beames. Jo Kaspar. Tomas Kaspar.
