About The Avalanche Diaries
The Avalanche Diaries was born in 2010 from the will of Filippo Pacciarella, Gabriele Sampieri and Gabriele Filardo to play together. Our musical influences were so different: from Satriani to August Burns Red passing through Avenged Sevenfold. We tried to complete the band finding a bassist and a screamer, but the first result died in few months. We wanted someone to share our love and passion with. Then in 2011 Alessandro De Gregorio and Jacopo Cianella joined the band.....and that was what we were looking for: FRIENDS! Then our musical influences extended to bands like Blind Witness, Structures, ATTILA and many many more We first recorded an EP called Fear The Avalanche! and in 2012 we recorded our debut album "Hic Sunt Leones" in SKIE Studio with Becko(Hopes Die Last, Dungeon Elite, Everland) and Cresta(Doomsday, Everland). Now we are ready to hit the road!!
