About The Arctic Flow

The Arctic Flow is an indiepop band from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States that pretends to be a shoegaze band. Tweegaze is a more accurate description. Formed by Myrtle Beach native Brian Hancheck in 2008, The Arctic Flow has remanined a solo project for Brian who actually writes, plays, and produces all The Arctic Flow's material. The Arctic Flow has released a full length album and several EP's and singles all available as digital downloads on such lables as Holiday Records (U.S.), Beko-DSL (FR), and Bubbletone/Club 7 (SP). In 2011, The Arctic Flow released their first CD on Spain's Little Treasure lable, an EP entitled As Close To A Kiss As We Will Ever Be and was limited to only 150 copies. In 2012, The Arctic Flow released their next EP/CD, Dreams You'll Never Find on the U.K.s Dufflecoat Records. Soon after that, The Arctic Flow began receiving invitations to Pop Festivals around the world. Their next EP, Sunbathing/Stargazing, was released on Indonesia's Shiny Happy Records in December of 2013. For fans of Fine China, Map, Horseshoes, The Smiths, The Radio Dept.
