Russian rhythmic noise project Tatlum formed in 2003 in Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad). Author of the project - Zilot (2003 - present). Interim release Celtic gasmask was prepared in 2009. The stylistic sound was eclectic and reminded electro and idm.
