SUNBEARS! is a two-man band from Jacksonville, Florida. SUNBEARS! released their first album Dream Happy Dreams, which clocks in just over 30 minutes with a mix of electronically flourished grooves and vocal harmonies. SUNBEARS! are currently on tour with Black Kids and Mates of State, while they have previously played with the likes of dredg and Deerhunter. They are now in the process of recording new music at the Singing Serpent Studios in NYC through a fan-funded effort to keep the SUNBEARS! creating electro-funkified rays of musical happiness right before their upcoming appearance in SXSW 2011.
