About Stoner Train

“… We always liked traditional music from the South as well as modern heavy styles, such as stoner/groove/southern rock. So we decided to bring more drive and badass elements into classics. The result is the music of our band Stoner Train!” Stoner Train's music is a mix of the bearish vocal which makes children cry, the tough harp reminding a gritting of iron in a bloody fight, the shaman percussion which rhythm forces you to up your ass, and the charming guitar making you to drink a couple of bottles of beer and to start on a neverending satanic dance! Stoner Train originally comes from Moscow, Russia. Founded in 2011 the band started playing Stoner/Blues/Southern and released 2 LP albums that caught the attention of the underground scene in different countries. In 2013 Serj Gdanian moved to Berlin and met Ivan Mostacci (Italy), with whom the band recorded the third LP album “III”. At the moment the band is playing around Europe and preparing new material for their next studio album.
