About Steffanie

Steffanie Borges began her music career in Japan, recording two singles and the album 'Page One' in the 1970s. In 1982 she sang the theme of the animated film 'Andromeda Stories'. In the 1980s, she changed her style and genre to hard rock / heavy metal, releasing two albums with Warner Japan (Hideaway, Pink Noise) and sang some of songs for the series 'Urusei Yatsura'. In 1991 she replaced Keiko Terada as singer for the band SHOW-YA, featuring on the SHOW-YA album 'Touch the Sun' in 1995 before leaving in 1997.
