Stefan Lakatos is the leading exponent of the Moondog method of drumming”, said Louis Hardin, a.k.a. Moondog. He has built trimbas, dragon’s teeth and other percussion instruments according to the Moondog tradition. Stefan Lakatos has been performing the music in both small and large groups for over 20 years. Together with Moondog he has worked on projects such as concerts and recordings. Currently Stefan is performing Moondog’s music with a group of Swedish musicians. His ambition is to continue the flow of Louis Hardin’s (Moondog's) music.
