About Sprint
There are at least two artists under the name Sprint. 1. Sprint is bulgarian alternative rock group formed 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The inspirator of the group is Peyo Peev. They were one of the most popular groups in Bulgaria in the early 90-s. They had many concerts in 23 different countries. They also have played on one stage with Boy George, Mike Taylor, Serga, Krematorii, Bravo, Prokol Harm, Lady Punck etc. The group is still active, but many of the original members have changed through the years. Now they are Peyo Peev (drums, guitar, vocals), Plamen Kovachev (guitar, vocals), Aleksander Dimitrov (bass, violin, piano), Iliyana Detelinova (lead vocals). 2. Sprint was a Hungarian country and rock n' roll band formed in Budapest, HUN in 1973 as the supporting band of the first Hungarian pop musical, "Képzelt riport egy amerikai popfesztiválról".
