About South Zone
Jovan was born 1985 in small town called Pancevo near Belgrade in Serbia. From early beginning he was attracted by alternative music (Hip-hop, Rock & Roll, Techno, Psychedelic Trance etc..) In 2000 Jovan started his career as a Techno DJ (Dj tOt) playing music with vinyl on turntables but shortly he shifted into Psytrance. In 2005 he went to audio engineering college after he spent 5 years on learning, creating proper sounds and technique and in 2010 founded project Middle Mode with his partner 'Ivan Jovicic' aka Reversed Logic. Soon after he discovered a passion for deeper and more psychedelic sounds. In 2016 the project Rezonant was born. With only few releases he attracted the attention of the crowd world wide, than after few years around the globe Jovan's endless passion move him back to the roots direct to South Zone project which is a perfect blend of groovy deep minimal tech with progressive arrangement and psychedelic atmosphere.
