About Son of Dork
Son of Dork was a UK pop punk band formed by James Bourne after his previous band, Busted split in January 2005. Their debut single, "Ticket Outta Loserville", was released in November 2005, reaching #3 on the UK Top 75. Their second single, "Eddie's Song", reached #10 in January 2006. After months of speculation of a split, on July 11th 2007 band member David Williams took over the band's myspace page and announced that Son of Dork had split up, however James confirmed that this was untrue. Although it has not been announced that Son of Dork have split up, all of the members are working on their own projects (with Steve Rushton being signed to Hollywood Records and working for Disney) suggesting that Son of Dork is no more.
