Playing a postmodern mix of soulful house, jazz and dub. Seven Dub are unerringly attuned to the cosmic groove. In addition to their full-length debut "Rock it Tonight", the "Bricks" album and a few 12", their precise mellow tracks are featured on innumerable compilations, from Hotel Costes vol.1 (Wagram), Hifi Dub Sessions Vol.1 (Guidance), to King Size Dub Vol. 5 (Echo Beach), and the Midnight Snack Sampler (Naked Music). They've become sought after session musicians throughout Europe and have remixed acclaimed reggae, world and electronic artists like Horace Andy,Femi Kuti, Manu Dibango, Silent Poets,Dubblestandart vs Sly & Robbie,Noiseshaper... Seven Dub return with their 3rd album featuring ,once again the smooth and distinctive vocals style of Angelique Willkie ... along with the rocking rub a dub style vocals of fellow Jamaican Zakeya.... from the Dominica ,the berlin based Paul St Hilaire (aka Tikiman)...and lastly, Lone Ranger captured on a recent visit in Paris.
