About Serge
Miami, Florida-born artist Serge grew up in a fatherless home. His mother and older sister took full responsibility to raise him in a functional, and loving environment. In his junior year of high school, an old friend invited him to a church retreat and it was there where the Holy Spirit radically changed his life. After graduating from high school, Serge and 3 friends took a mission trip across America to preach the gospel from city to city and state to state. His long cold nights helped him depend more on God's Sovereignty. Serge is a top up and coming Christian hip-hop artist who has featured on tracks by several of Christian hip-hop's heavy hitters. In addition, Serge helped craft Lecrae's 'Timepiece,' a track on the Dove award winning album 'Anomaly,' Tedashii's 'Complicated,' featuring Christon Gray, and wrote/featured in projects by FLAME's 'Royal Flush,' Json's 'Braille' and 'No Filter.' In May of 2014, Serge released his debut project, OffSeason, which launched his career as a versatile artist who can rap over multiple beats without losing his own sounds (Old and New, Shake The Ground) and in December of 2015 Serge dropped his second solo project, 'Return of the Rookie'.
