Sacropolis is brothers Jean (guitar) and Leon (bass) and longtime friends Ben (vocals & guitar) and Tom (drums). Back in the days of school in 2013, former Frankfurt-based street singer Ben was able to catch the other boys’ attention during one of his street performances. Having French and German roots (et oui, on vient de Paris), they were raised on their parents’ music enthusiasm which helped give birth to the music they make today: a straight-forward, guitar-driven hybrid of Indie Rock and Pop Rock. The attitude of Sacropolis is light-hearted, just like their sound. The 4 lads write relieving songs with catchy melodies that spread an euphoric mood and a contagious recklessness. With their upcoming single releases, they aspire to reach out to a national fanbase, as well as their idols on the German music scene, which are Rikas, Leoniden and Giant Rooks. Sacropolis’ shared message is to spread passion for music and their collective goal is to have people walk out of their shows feeling moved, exhilarated and interconnected.
