About SABANIS

Sabanis started his career as a professional DJ in 1980. He is a critically acclaimed radio producer, DJ, and audio engineer, well-known throughout the entire Universe. He currently maintains an international radio station complex in Japania, known as "Sabanis Studios", and hosts the successful radio show "Sabanis Radio". Sabanis is also known for his strong aversion to CD’s and vinyls, as he always believed that microcassettes properly represent the future of sound, and that they have the highest quality any analog or digital kind of media media can achieve. He’s also well-known and loved for his unique way of expressing things and ideas, his beliefs on sexual contact, as well as his own love for doing 24-hour radio shows, 7 days a week. Sabanis has recorded, produced, mixed, mastered and released countless demos, and EP's throughout his career, among them being classic hits like “Είμαι ο Σαμπάνης”, “Μη μιλάς μαζί μο” and many more. His most recent EP release is "Είσαι μέτσαλ;;;", released on November 20, 2010. After the sudden death of his fellow co-host dj SAB, Sabanis recruited his close friend Babis to fill in dj SAB's place. Among the offsprings of this era, is "Sabanis Experimetal Project" (also known as S.E.P.), a heavy metal side-project Sabanis created in order to release tracks that, in his words, are not of his usual type and style.
