Cristina Rus was born on June 20, 1981 in Cluj, Romania. She is a famous Romanian singer in Romania. Cristina started singing in a band called Sing Sing BB where she had another two guys as partners and in Desperado, one of them later became her boyfriend. She became really famous when she met Andreea Banica and they started singing in Blondy in 2001. They released four albums "So Close" in 2001, "So Close re-edited" in the same year, "A Part of You" in 2002 and "Sweet and Bitter" in 2004. In 2005 Cristina Rus decided she wanted to go for a solo career and left Blondy. 2006 is the year when she released her first solo album called simply "My Life" and a video clip for the song "My Life". All the songs on the album form a puzzle with the story of her life. She wants to show everyone she trusts herself and hopes will have luck in the future.
