About Rapid Strides

The Bremen-based rock band Rapid Strides represents energetic alternative and anthemic indie rock. Milan Funck (bass/guitar, vocals), Jakob Lengfeld (guitar, vocals), and Adam Winiarski (drums) have been creating an atmosphere since 2022 with modern rock riffs and energetic vocals that make you lose yourself in the moment. The band has so far released their debut EP Heartbreak Fever (2023/self-published), featuring five songs and two music videos for the singles Minefield and Fading. Their achievements include a Top 20 placement at the Warsteiner Band Contest for Rock am Ring & Rock im Park and serving as tour support for the UK export sensation LEAP. In the fall of 2024, Rapid Strides are working on new music as well as their first tour. “So far, we’ve been in DIY mode for almost everything. All we need is a vision and a few good friends to live our dream together,” says Adam.
