About Rachel Wallace
Rachel Wallace was an early 1990s Rave/House vocalist from England. She was considered by many fans as the 'unofficial first lady' of Suburban Base Records. Wallace is best known for 1992 Breakbeat hardcore/Techno classic "Tell Me Why," which was co-produced and co-written by Wallace with Mark Williams and Matt Clayden (aka M&M). Although she had other followups afterwards, "Why" remains her only signature song to this day.
