Stormcellar are an Australian roots rock band noted for their original compositions and free-form approach to Blues, folk, and country rock, which is often integrated with sonic experimentation and an eclectic range of styles. Since the band's formation in 2007, Stormcellar, as of 10.12.15, they have issued 6 albums and 1 Ep, including 2012's Hired Guns & Borrowed Glory, which topped the Australian Blues & Roots Chart. The following release The Curious Assembly reached #2 on the Australian Blues & Roots chart and has also charted on the Blues & Roots Charts in the United States, Canada and France since its release in 2014.[citation needed] The band currently consists of Michael "MJEB" Barry (Vocals/Harmonica), Michael "Rosie" Rosenthal (Electric & Acoustic Guitar), Paul Read (Slide Guitar/Mandolin), Theo Wanders (Drums & Percussion) and Bill Williams (Bass, Dbl bass & Mandolin).
