About Raul Midón
Raul Midón is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from New Mexico currently living and performing in New York City. He has been blind since birth and combines his distinct voice, strumming, beats, and acapella instruments to create a one-man performance. His unique style shows influence of virtually every musical genre which came before him, including jazz, blues, R&B, and folk. His debut album "State of Mind" also contains a guest apperance on harmonica by Stevie Wonder on the track titled "Expression of Love". Raul Midón's debut on US television was The Late Show with David Letterman on June 28, 2005.
