About Pretty Green
Pretty Green were an unsigned band from Sussex who played together in the early noughties. Now disbanded, the band self-produced one album, 'Out On Our Own'. The lineup for the album was Philip Duffy (Drums & Vocals), Stephen Knowles (Lead guitar, keyboard and vocals), Paul Meuross (Rhythm guitars, harmonica and vocals) and Iain Lee (Bass). Meuross and Knowles were the band's songwriters, each taking lead vocals for their own compositions. Heavily influenced by The Beatles, Pretty Green were accomplished but unfashionable purveyors of harmonious pop rock.
