The story of this album begins with James after five years of continuous touring with Shady Deal, decides to return to his home in Missouri and recording his first solo project in a calm and relaxed, letting things flow placidly. What begins as a one-man effort, ends up becoming a band of old acquaintances of children, to park their egos and individuals to design one of the great albums of this year. Four friends getting together to make music and express their love for the land they grew up, all up and play their instruments, the magic comes easily. Hammock, authentic leader of the formation and Shady Deal singer, has a unique voice, a style of singing that gives personal and not transferable to the issues of class and temperament.
