About Perunggu
Perunggu was formed in Jakarta, early 2019. Started as a sly escaping attempt of each personnel daily routines. The band is composed of Adam Adenan (bass, vocals), Ildo Hasman (drums, vocals) and Maul Ibrahim (vocals, guitar). Calling themselves the “after office rock band”, the three members started Perunggu as an attempt to escape from their daily routines, especially at their respective jobs as executives at Jakarta-based companies. In June 2020, Perunggu released their first EP titled “Pendar”, comprising three songs that would go on to be featured on Spotify-curated playlists. The band’s persona as an “after office” rock band contributes strongly to the creation of a solid listener basis among early twenties to mid-30 urban citizens across main cities in Indonesia.
